S927: Location, Location, Location: Bacteria and Evolution in Rainstorm Winter 2022 (Jan. 29 - 30, 2022)
If I were a bacteria, what would I value? How do bacteria interact and cope with their environments? What do the bacteria on my gut and skin do? How do my bacteria interact with the animals and plants I am surrounded by? Where did all these bacteria come from? We will address all this and more during our class section. We will highlight why we as humans rely on the trillions of microbes that surround us or reside inside of us.
