Chris Rielage has been dragged, kicking and screaming, out of the world of books, ships, and tea that is his natural habitat, just to be your teacher. His work touches on space warfare, nuclear weapons, and weirdly, poetry.

H630: A Brief Guide to Nuclear Weapons in Rainstorm Spring 2021 (May. 15 - 16, 2021)
Most days, we act like nuclear weapons went away after the end of the Cold War - but some 12,000 warheads still exist around the world! Especially in a world of rising great power competition, understanding nuclear technology, strategy, and history is essential to any informed thinker. Our class will cover topics including, but not limited to: 1) basic weapon technologies, 2) strategic concepts, 3) and the modern nuclear balance.
